Information collected

If enabled, the form collects your name, property address and type, concern, chosen contact method, the phone number and/or email address you provide, an optional message, the page and service context, approved UTM campaign values, and the time and version of your follow-up consent. It does not request marketing consent.

How it is used

If lead submissions are enabled, the information is intended for Chad Brown, the project contact for Provision Contractors, to review and respond to the specific roofing inquiry. Provision Contractors is the primary contractor that would perform any agreed work. Details may be shared with Provision Contractors only to follow up on that request. Names, contact details, property addresses, and message content are not sent to analytics or placed in URLs. The lead record stores its source page, approved service/city context, and submitted UTM attribution in the configured business database. No public website route can read saved lead records.

Storage and retention

The production lead tables are not installed, and the inquiry form does not accept or save submissions. The lead migration defines a 90-day retention deadline for future records, but automatic deletion and an owner-facing deletion workflow are not implemented, so that deadline is not currently enforced. Submissions must remain disabled until the storage, notification, and deletion controls are completed.

Notifications and current status

Chad Brown is the project contact for Provision Contractors, the primary contractor that would perform any agreed roofing work. This site does not represent a separate Chad Brown contracting business. No transactional email provider or verified business recipient is configured, and lead submissions are currently disabled because the required database tables and delivery controls are not in place. No request is submitted or saved through the unavailable form. If submissions are enabled in the future, they must be routed to Chad Brown and may be shared with Provision Contractors only to respond to the inquiry. Do not submit sensitive information through this site.

Optional weather lookup

When you use the production checker, an address is sent over HTTPS to the U.S. Census Bureau Geocoder in the query parameter required by its documented API, then its approximate coordinates are used to search public point reports from the Iowa Environmental Mesonet. The address is not put in this site's page or API URL, analytics, application logs, weather cache, or a lead unless you separately submit the contact form. Address searches are processed in memory and are not saved as leads. Search coordinates are not included in analytics or this site's URLs. Regional provider reports may be cached separately from submitted addresses. If you choose to include the optional weather summary, then submit the contact form and consent to follow-up, a limited weather summary may be stored with that lead for the same recorded 90-day period. No weather summary is attached when the checkbox is left clear.

The production weather checker is enabled. The public report archive can be incomplete, and magnitude units may not be provided in the source response. A missing report does not rule out damage; a nearby report does not establish conditions at a property or insurance coverage. Weather reports are not a roof inspection or damage score.

Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics to measure page views and conversions such as phone taps and form submissions. Google Analytics sets cookies and receives standard browser and device information. Custom conversion events use a path without query parameters and may include only an approved service or city context and a tightly filtered UTM source. Names, phone numbers, email addresses, property addresses, and message content are not sent as event parameters. You can block analytics with a browser setting or extension, or use Google's opt-out browser add-on.

Service providers

The production weather checker uses the project's configured Neon PostgreSQL database for private cache and rate-limit storage. Public report providers are the U.S. Census Bureau Geocoder and Iowa Environmental Mesonet Local Storm Reports. Lead storage tables are not installed, and no email provider is configured for lead notifications.

Questions or deletion requests

No verified contact channel, automatic deletion job, or owner-facing deletion workflow is configured. This page does not claim that a deletion request can currently be processed.
